Tinker wasn't too sure about the sleet on the ground when I took him out this morning. But once he checked it out, he started running around the yard having a great time.

Carole fixed a sausage, egg and cheese casserole for breakfast with home fries and some oranges.
We've spent the day watching movies and the weather reports for the winter storm that was moving through the area. We're just glad that we
arrived yesterday and not having to drive on the highways today with all the sleet and ice on the roads.
Chris had marinated and grilled a steak before we got here and he sliced it up for sandwiches for dinner tonight. Carole made potato soup and we had the soup and steak sandwiches for dinner - perfect for such a cold day.
It's 27° right now with a wind chill of 21°. Carole and Chris had planned on taking us to the country club tomorrow for breakfast, but we're waiting to see what the weather will be like in the morning.
