Last Day at Anastasia State Park

We kind of took it easy today. We drove over to Camping World at St. Augustine out on I-95 late this morning. We took Tinker with us and bought him a new dog harness that we found there. Mike also bought a sewer hose and fitting and a trouble light. 

We stopped at a Burger King on FL-16 to have lunch. We left Tinker in the car with the A/C running and the doors locked while we had lunch. Of course, we brought him a small piece of hamburger as a treat for staying in the car. Then we went back to the campground.

Then later this afternoon Mike and I drove over to the Island Beach Shop and Grill to buy ice.

While we were there, we walked out on the boardwalk to take a look at the beach there.

We spent the rest of today just relaxing. Tomorrow we head back home. I have a list of places to visit whenever we come back to St. Augustine. There is so much history here that it isn't possible to visit everything and do justice to them.
