Out of town visitors

This morning I saw 2 bald eagles here - one eagle was sitting in a pine tree

and the other was sitting on top of a light pole.

This is the first time we've seen bald eagles here and they only stayed for a few minutes before flying off.

A few months ago Mike's brother coordinated with their cousin (who lives in Jacksonville) to plan a trip to Kissimmee to visit with us. Today Mike's brother Chris and his wife Carole arrived here at the RV around noon. We

sat outside and had turkey sandwiches for lunch. We sat outside visiting until it was time for Chris and Carole to check-in at their hotel.

Mike's cousin Paulette and her husband Dredsel didn't arrive in Kissimmee until mid-afternoon when it was time to check-in at the hotel. After everyone had checked-in at the hotel, they drove out to the RV and picked us up.

We drove over to my brother's house for a quick visit. Cyril and Elaine hadn't met Mike's cousin Paulette and her husband Dredsel before and they hadn't seen Chris and Carole (Mike's brother and wife) since our wedding 44 years ago.

After visiting with at my brother's, the six of us went out for dinner at a Mexican restaurant here in Kissimmee. Cyril and Elaine don't eat Mexican, so they didn't go with us.

Mike and I had chosen El Tenampa Mexican Restaurant for dinner. Every time we had driven by this restaurant the parking lot was always full and tonight was no exception. We all ordered something different - Mike and I had the burritos and had the fried ice cream for dessert.

After dinner we came back to the RV for a short visit and then Chris, Carole, Paulette and Dredsel went back to their hotel.

Tomorrow the guys are going to the Kissimmee Air Museum and Carole, Paulette and I are going shopping in downtown Kissimmee.
