We had our neighbor Barb over for dinner last night. She is doing pretty well after Bill's death. She has a lot of ladies that she goes to different events and luncheons with and that is helping keep her busy at this time.
We had to go to Vero this morning for an appointment and decided to have lunch at
CJ Cannon's restaurant at the Vero Beach airport. The food is always good and there is a wall of windows overlooking one of the runways.
We've talked with Carole several times since Mike's brother died and she isn't having a service just yet and will have one sometime later. So we are going to continue with our plans to drive out to Texas to see her later this month. We are also going to stop and see a few friends on the way out to Texas and then on the way back home.
