We had a great view of the docks and river from our table and there was a nice easterly breeze off of the river.

I ordered the Citrus Salmon dinner and Mike had the H20 Burger. Our bill came to $37 (including 3 draft beers), but we had a coupon for 1 free entrée so our bill came to $21. Both of our dinners were great and the food was presented well.
Monday we had our friends Cindi and Ron over for dinner. We hadn't seen them in months and we enjoyed hearing about the camping trips they had been on this summer.
Our BIG NEWS is that Fletcher decided to move back to Ft. Lauderdale from Washington D.C. He rented a Chrysler Town and Country van (the back seats fold down flat) and loaded up his bedroom furniture and drove down. He left D.C. last Saturday and made a few stops on the way down to visit with friends before coming here. Fletcher arrived here Tuesday afternoon. He had dismantled his bed and had it, the mattress, a dresser and bed table in the back of the van along with the rest of his things.
By the time we unloaded the van, it was dinner time. I had cooked Fletcher's favorite meal, Pepper Steak, in the Crockpot and boy did it smell good! After dinner we just relaxed and watched TV.
Wednesday morning we met our friends (the girls from Vero) for breakfast at J.P. Matty's here in Sebastian. They all wanted to meet Fletcher and we all had a great time.

After breakfast we went back home and assembled Fletcher's bed (he slept on the mattress on the floor Tuesday night). His bedroom furniture is from Ikea and I took photos so we would remember how it went together. We will eventually move that furniture into the smaller bedroom after we buy a queen-size bed for the larger guest room.

Earlier this week Mike had removed the ceiling fan (it wobbled, was noisy and wasn't worth fixing) in the bedroom Fletcher used and replaced it with the ceiling fan from the Florida room.
Wednesday afternoon we went to the Sandwich Shack & Grill for a late lunch. Fletcher ordered a cheese burger, Mike had the Philly Wrap and I had the Turkey, Avocado & Bacon Wrap. This was the second time Mike and I had eaten at the Sandwich Shack and the food was just as good as the first time.

Fletcher left Thursday morning to go on down to Ft. Lauderdale. We are really happy that he will be living closer to us (133 miles) and not the 915 miles to D.C.
